We saw so many places the other day...

Are the northern suburbs going to Chip 'n' Seal pavement? We have had bad luck with them here, and a neighbor's child was seriously injured yesterday after falling off of a bike on C&S, so I was just wondering. Thanks!

From what I've seen over the last few years, many C&S streets have been removed and concrete put in its place as the area's density increased.
