We are interested in Build On Your Lot option. It is about 4000 sq ft, 2-story home with 5 bdrm + study, 4 bath. What should be the cost for something like this in terms of sq ft? We are considering Paul Taylor, Drees, David Weekly. But also open for some other good builders. What is your thought on that?

The location of the lot would be crucial to a price point of course. You don't want to overbuild either. All these are great builders by the way.

You really need to have a market analysis done on the area where the lot is located, after all your options are picked and the price would vary on the type of finish out you are looking to do. You can go from $50 to $110 psf.
