Not sure if they are still doing it but Baylor's College of Dentistry used to perform services at low to no fee for such situations. Of course you are being worked on by students but they are under the direction of Staff. You can try them and other dental colleges in the area. HSC-Baylor College of Dentistry - Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Dental schools normally do a good job but it takes a long time. Every step, the student has to wait for the professor to come check it before they can go on. I had a lot of work done at a dental school when I was first married b/c it is so cheap! Good luck.
