Hi all,

I'm looking at possibly moving from Omaha, NE to Dallas sometime next summer and was looking to, hopefully, get some advice from H-P/EDS employees if there are any here. Mainly I'm interested to know how big an issue WFR's are in Dallas compared to Omaha. The H-P workforce here has been decimated by offshoring of jobs so I was just curious to know if it's any better there. Thank you.

There are some HP/EDS employees - or former employees as they have had a ton of layoffs - over on the frisco online fourm. You might google that and post there.

There used to be a lot here in Houston. But they had a big layoff. When I worked there they sold most of the campus and got rid of a lot of security. And their employees haven't got a raise in years I know Chidi said they haven't got a raise in 6 years.
