This is your official "Citizens 4 Change" Dayton Community Improvement Survey. We're starting our email launch of this said survey today; April 3rd 2010, but the survey itself will continue until August 1st 2013. The more responses we get back via our email address (contained at the bottom of this message) the less foot work our staff of volunteers will need to do inside of our Dayton communities. Every square inch of the Dayton city limits WILL be covered, either through emailed responses, telephone interviews or door to door activity. As it stands we have roughly 155,873 residents to reach and YOUR voice is crucial in this massive project. Initially our work will begin inside of the Westwood Community, but as everyone is aware we will be working in other communities at the start of Early next year. Your answers are confidential. This means that "Citizens 4 Change" Dayton Inc. (as an organization) will not release your answers to a third party source. Your answers will ONLY be used to help us determine what YOU want to see done inside of your neighborhood. This whole process (questions) will take you no longer than 60 seconds to answer, and will greatly aid us in our ability to get work started when we make it into your community! Attached to this message you will also find our business documentation from the Ohio Secretary of State; Authorizing us "Citizens 4 Change" Dayton Inc. to conduct business in the state of Ohio!
