They don't have the 8350i on there. I have one in mint condition. I entered in 8300 and selected mint condition, and it offered me $10. Not worth my time.
A local TV reporter recently gave some other re-cycling options for used electronics: BestBuy, Nextworth, GreenEarthExchange and Gazelle...all dot coms. Gazelle gave my husband $40 for his BB Curve but I got nothing for my Toshiba laptop that crashed... gonna get a new hard drive and give her to my grandson.
I have a 3 year old grandson who gets all our used broke electronics to pretend play with.
My 10 year old nephew does that. He will get old radios or whatever he can get his hands on, and he takes them apart to see how they work. One day he had taken apart a battery operated radio and somehow connected wires to an LED light bulb from something else, and he was making it light up. I always encourage him (as long as he is safe) so that he might take that interest with him when he chooses a career.
I think it is a great idea to give a young kid tools and a broken appliance/electronic item to take a part and check out. As long as it is safe, it is better for them to be inquisitive....than be bored.
