Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, and at retail in Virginia) who are smokers, 21 years of age or older and registered Newport Pleasure members in good standing at time of entry ("Eligible Participants")
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Daylight Saving Time ("EDT") on July 1, 2013, and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on October 31, 2013 (the "Promotion Period"). There are three (3) ways to enter.
1. Call-in entry: During the Promotion Period, have your 9-digit Newport Customer Personal Identification Number ("PIN") from any Newport mailing and call toll free 1-888-824-8111, 1-888-823-6111, 1-888-273-4161, 1-888-448-4644, 1-888-530-2399 or 1-888-369-6499 from a touch tone phone and follow the voice prompt instructions. Smokers who are not age verified and do not have a PIN at the time of entry will need to follow all voice prompt instructions. LIMIT: One (1) call-in entry per person. Multiple entries submitted by the same entrant via the call-in method may disqualify all of that entrant's entries;
2. Mail-in entry: Complete the Official Entry Form in the direct mail piece or an Official Entry Form available (while supplies last) at select retail locations by confirming or hand-printing your name, address, birth date (required only for Official Entry Forms available at select retail locations) and telephone number and signing your full legal name to certify that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older, and send it to the address indicated. The Official Entry Form also contains five (5) survey questions. While it is requested that you answer all five (5) survey questions, answers to the questions are not required in order to enter the Sweepstakes and will not affect your chances of winning. In addition, if you choose to answer the questions, the content of your answers will not affect your ability to enter the Sweepstakes or chances of winning. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by 10/31/13 and received by 11/7/13.. All entries should be signed and show your date of birth certifying that you are a smoker, 21 years of age or older. LIMIT: One (1) mail-in entry per person; and
3. Internet/wireless entry: Go to
www.newport-pleasure.com and follow all prompt instructions to enter. Entrants will be required to log in with their Newport Customer PIN and password and will be required to provide a valid email address to access the Newport Wheel of Pleasure Game. Direct mail recipients entering through the Internet or wireless mobile device must provide a valid email address. If you choose to enter the Sweepstakes via a smartphone, iPad, tablet, SMS or other wireless mobile device (which is not necessary to enter the Sweepstakes), standard carrier-specific wireless messaging rates and all applicable taxes apply depending upon the entrant's wireless pricing plan. Other carrier-specific rates and applicable taxes may also apply in accordance with entrant's wireless customer agreements. Internet service providers' and wireless carriers' rate plans may vary, and you should contact your service provider for more information on rate plans and other charges that may apply to your use of the service. To play using a desktop or laptop computer, smartphone, iPad®, tablet, SMS or other wireless mobile device, click the "PLAY" button and you will be directed to a second page where you will be required to click the "SPIN" button to start the Newport Wheel of Pleasure. If the Newport Wheel of Pleasure stops on one of the following prize-winning colors and corresponding prizes listed herein, you are an Instant Winner of that prize, subject to verification:

If the Newport Wheel of Pleasure stops on yellow, you are NOT an Instant Winner of any Prize. LIMIT: One (1) Game Play per day for one (1) Internet/wireless entry per day. If participant fails to execute a Game Play on a given day for any reason, participant forfeits the opportunity to have a Game Play for that day. A given participant's Game Play for one (1) day, as described below, cannot be saved or combined with such participant's Game Play for any other day; each day's Game Play by a given participant is a separate and independent event. Further, different participants cannot combine their Game Plays in any way. Use of computer programs and other automatic means to play more than once per day is prohibited.
