Mine says Jan 2007 but it seem much longer. I've met some really great people and made some good friends. Even met up with a few that live here in town.
Not a freebie chat but I need to rant: Husband was on disability, I called SSA because they paid April even though crematorium SAID they would notify (they didn't) - turns out: they took away April (which I knew) but also March because it was paid on the 3rd and he passed on the 1st - I'm eligible for it but they have to send paperwork for me to request it back - I explained it's a joint account and would go to the same account - doesn't matter, I state "so you take it immediately, just to eventually put it back into same account?" - yes. She also tells me "it takes awhile to get it" - sure didn't take them long to take it back... like I don't have enough stress
If anyone lives in the test areas, Walmart is running a Beta test program in Atlanta-GA, Charlotte-NC, Dallas-TX, Huntsville-AL, Lexington-KY,Minneapolis-MN and San Diego-CA. The program is called "Walmart's Savings Catcher."
It is for groceries only. I entered my receipt number and date and their computer system checks the stores in my area Aldi, Bi-Lo, CVS, Dollar General, Dollar Tree, Family Dollar, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, Ingles, Kmart, Lowes (Food), Target, Rite-Aid, Publix and Walgreens.
If any of the stores have a cheaper price on what I have purchased I receive a credit. I have a $35.39 credit right now. I can redeem the money for a Walmart e-card or let it accumulate until the end of the year and they will automatically issue me the Walmart e-card.
