SnipSnap App

I just downloaded this app and have some questions for those that use it. I tried to use it at Kroger today and they wouldn't accept it, said they only will use coupons loaded onto your card. Has anyone had luck using it at Kroger and have you had problems with merchants accepting coupons on the app?

Bath and Body Works won't accept coupons from them. They say they need a printed out paper coupon not a pic of one. I get coupons from B&BW through the mail anyway.

I tried to use it but the Snip Snap app asks if it was successful and I clicked no. Thanks for the info on Kroger. Snip Snap has been good at other places though so keep trying.
