I got two little charts from Uncle Sam's printing office. They are neat things to have. "My Medicines" is the title and it has a place to enter all the info about the meds I am taking. It's a handly thing to have in my purse in case I have to give the info to a doc. I ordered two because I keep one for my mother, too, since I am the one who takes her to the doctor's office and outpatient clinics.
You can request the consumer information catalog and it's free. It's only 16 pages and lists the free publications you can request.
Hi everyone! I'm so excited cuz I won the Valpak sweeps...got a FREE BOOK! (My favorite kind.) It's Living Large in Lean Times by Clark Howard. What a surprise! I never expected to win. Yay.
I just bought the Gummie vitamins too....with my $2 off coupon @Target. STILL too expensive, though. Even w/ the coupon, it was $4.65.

Fantastic, Starr.R! I really like Clark Howard. He has so many useful ideas.
Got the Aquafresh toothpaste from Walmart and two girlie girl samples. These are good to keep in the motor home. Never know when someone may need something.

I keep them around the house for guests, too. Like you said we just never know when they will be needed.
