We have only been seriously house hunting for about 2 months and have had two agents that did not work out. A friend had suggested that it is a good idea not to sign with anybody, and luckily we took his advice. One agent was seldom available on weekends and would just send any other agent who was around to meet us. The other agent kept showing us homes out of our price range and finally admitted that his commission in our price range was not really worth his time!
HELP! If anyone has recently used an agent and was really happy with them, could you please DM me? We are looking in Kent County. Thanks.

I have had great experience with two different agents. One is Sussex and the other in New Castle county. I am not certain either works in Kent, but would be happy to pass their names along if you think that it would be helpful. At the very least, they might be able to provide a reference for one in your area. I will DM you.
