Hi Everyone...looking to move from New Jersey to coastal Delaware. Looked into pot-nets. Any feedback on pot-nets? It will be my husband and i -(late 40s) , my 2 teens in college, and my 1 1/2 year old daughter. We need to be in a community because my husband is disabled (legally blind) and at times might need some help. (i will be working once i find a job!)
We would like to be by the water because he only has a few years left of eyesight due to his eye disease, and of course would rather see water than high rises!
We would like to purchase a home (under 150k) or land to build a home in pot-nets, or another community.....

any suggestions??

Hope you got my DM. Pot Nets is a mobile home community on leased land. You could buy a used home well under your budget. The annual ground rent would be on top of your home payments.

And your 2 teens in college can be pretty close to Salisbury University, which is really affordable and incredibly underrated.

Salisbury University would be an hour away driving near the speed limits. I know nothing of their academics but do know they have some great sports programs. DelTech and Wilmington College are right in Georgetown.
