For middle class white collar families and young professionals, this area yields zero desirability.

But if you are looking to invest in rental properties for low income families / Section 8 housing, then this address may fit the bill.

There is a reason why it is listed for $20,900, when a similar size row home on the nice side of the town goes for $200k upward.

Got it, thanks! I'm not sure why but the realtors' resource (usually a fairly accurate comp generator) has it valued at around 120k. Obviously that would assume livable condition which this one likely is not, but just seemed like a significant discount.

Anyway, thanks again for sharing. What about 101 W 20th St Wilmington, DE 19802? Similar story?
