Can anyone tell me about this subdivision? Is it pretty well established? Is it a family community? Any other information you have is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I can't place it right now, I do know of it. Maybe I will ride over there today and let you know. I am close.

Mount Vernon Estates is located on the south side of Evens Road, which leads west to the Town of Viola, from U.S. Route 13. There are about 65 lots in there, the subdivision is established, and it appears to be a family type neighborhood. There are quite a few existing homes for sale in there right now, and utilities are comprised of private septics, and public water supply. Fred Voshell built some of those in there, but there are also other builders owning vacant lots.
