Visit Rehoboth Beach and Lewes. There will be plenty to do even in April.

I'm very sorry REHOBOTH if my question upset you in any way, it was not my intention. 9 times out of 10 you will always get positve remarks about an area when looking it up on the internet. its not going to say "visit here this place sucks." That is why I was looking for someone's opinion about the area. What they found to be fun or not so fun. And yes everyone is different. Again i'm sorry if I upset you

I live in Milford and I prefer to vist the beaches in the off season like now and the fall. Many of the small eclectic shops are opening, there is less of a rush so shop owners will talk with you if you engage them in conversation. There is an American Indian jewlery shop art gallery on the Main Street in Reboboth Beach they have a wonderful collection of real American Indian artwork, jewlery, crafts and paintings. Fries on the Boardwalk is usually open on weekends great fresh cut and fried to order french fries, you add your own salt and malt vinegar if you like..The boardwalk and the beach are nice as well.

In Milford we have the Riverwalk and this weekend 4/24-4/27 is the bug and bud festival in downtown Milford , everything is free as far as concerts and entertainment. The usual concession stands abound and many of the small shops in the historic downtown of Milford are open. If you like great espresso capucino and delectable pastries you must try Dolce'.
