I have all 4 wisdom teeth that need taken out. One is partially impacted and is infected so bad that my neck is swollen/lymph nodes. The other is a horizontal impaction. I've been dealing with this for over a year now because I haven't had the money to get them out (I don't have insurance). I just recently went to a dentist that gives discount plans and when she took my blood pressure, told me it was really low. Ever since I've had these damn teeth come in, I've occasionally felt dizzy, out of breath, fatigued, have headaches, jaw pain, ear pain, blurry vision, and just feel plain sick altogether. Some days I feel okay, then it comes back again. She said I'm probably feeling dizzy due to low blood pressure. Could wisdom teeth be the cause of this?

Curious if you've found an answer to this. I've had similar symptoms. Fainted once, dizzy spells, heart palpitations, vertigo, fatigue, etc. Docs can't seem to figure out what the problem is. Went to allergy doc today for sinus infection and X-ray showed several wisdom teeth above my others. Suddenly began to wonder if they could be the root of my problem.

Large infections as you have described can kill you. Now that is the ultimate price. That is no scare tactic. The infection can create a swelling in your throat an block your airway! Get it taken care of.

Listen to this poster! I had two infected teeth and the dentist told me that one infection was bad and I had maybe a few months before I was going to run into real problems (as in serious). He told me it had probably been there for six months or longer. Do not delay! Charge it on a credit card. Most dentists offer some sort of financing through an independent company. Get on antibiotics stat and get those pulled!
