Vit C does have blood thinner properties, DOC.

I'd like to how those many docs prescribe Vit C before surgeries. Not really, I've known about Vit C thinning blood for decades. Some of my friends can't take much C as their blood gets too thin and they bleed.

OMG

Seriously...just....stop....

Please publish the studies you have done on Vitamin C as a blood thinner....apparently you are the ONLY ONE IN THE WORLD aware of these properties...

In fact, most of the rest of the world sees Vitamin C as a clotting agent which also INTERFERES with true anticoagulants such as Warfarin...

YOU....ARE.....WRONG...Too much Vitamin C leads to BLOOD CLOTS not BLEEDING

"Vitamin C in high doses appears to interfere with the blood-thinning effects of anticoagulants such as warfarin"
"High doses of vitamin C have been associated with multiple adverse effects. These include blood clotting"

Arguing and no one has said how MUCH vitamin C. "High doses" can cause clotting--or are we discussing low doses? or ordinary everyday doses? Closed.
