Then there's the latest government announcement that the evidence linking flossing to fewer cavities and less periodontal disease is "weak."
I don't need a study to tell me that (poor hygiene aside), debris and food stuck between tight teeth can contribute to the formation of caries and periodontal disease. I'll agree with the ADA on this one. Some things are simply common sense.
I don't buy into those "studies"....I have my own study with reduced sugars, CO Toothpaste and grape seed ex and flossing. Everyone has a study, it makes newslines.
And IF everyone took MORE CARE of their health including dental, we would NOT need all the high cost work after all the damage is done. I can say this all now into my late years of life.

I've never trusted the flouridealert folks. Probably funded by the IAOMT.
And finally enough are learning NOT to Trust the Fluroide pushers. The anti group has been working for decades but the "F" industry is so powerful and controls the govt agencies who work to control our lives.

Avoid The Chemicals And Make Your Own Coconut Oil Toothpaste

Did you know that you can make your own coconut oil toothpaste with just a few simple ingredients that you have in your kitchen?
Not only is coconut oil toothpaste effective, with it you can avoid all of the chemicals and toxic ingredients in commercial toothpaste and save money!
I started making my own toothpaste a little over a year ago after discovering a few ingredients in a “natural” toothpaste that I wasn’t comfortable using. This toothpaste is a great alternative and is very easy to make!
Ingredients To Watch Out For In Toothpaste
All commercial toothpaste contain harmful and toxic ingredients, such as; titanium dioxide, FD&C Blue Dye # 1 & 2, sodium lauryl sulfate, and sodium fluoride. These ingredients can also be found in toothpaste that is labeled “all natural”, particularly sodium fluoride. These chemicals are not only harmful to your delicate tooth enamel, they also affect your overall health! Glycerin is another ingredient to be cautious of as it can inhibit remineralization of teeth. It is often an ingredient in fluoride-free toothpaste as well.
2 tablespoons Coconut Oil
2 tablespoons Baking Soda
10 drops of Peppermint oil (optional) what I dont know is how to keep it fresh to use, once the mixture is made. does anyone know.
I don't know why people even use a toothpaste, I was told by my hygienist that it doesn't matter WHAT you use, it is the mechanical action of brushing and flossing that does the job. I believe one of the dentists here even corroborated that.
I don't even mix a toothpaste, I use straight coconut oil, occasionally dipped in a tiny bit of baking soda. Gets my teeth very, very clean.
Exactly wo is in the fluoride industry that benefits from this? Is it a conpany? A person?
