If the teeth have to be removed, then pray they are located at the back of the mouth. Easier to live and deal with some gaps at the back rather than the front of the patients mouth. Some practice and it can be quite easy to conceal these unfortunate gaps in your mouth. The tooth/teeth are removed and no more pain. Wait until later to think of implants. In some ways , the longer one waits, the better chances that prices will have come down and technology even better at that time.
As for tooth/teeth extracted in the front of mouth. Good luck in trying to conceal the gaps. If the whole shock of seeing your self with gaps does not prompt you to get a second job, save up more or try and get a loan then there is not much else can be done for you. This is a priority, as going to job interviews with gaps in your front teeth is difficult for anyone.
