and was too lazy to make up a new batch and used a health food store brand I keep on hand and low and behold I could feel the plaque and tarter building from overnight sleep. Making a new batch this morning and it's the only way to go FOR ME.
I missed two days of using it and I've been using CO Toothpaste for at least a year or so. Something about the CO and keeping plaque from buildup. I'm not talking about oil pulling, this is CO toothpaste. I talk about it a lot here..but missed a couple days.
That oil melts the plaque.
