I heard brushing your tongue with baking soda makes your breath smell great (teeth, bacteria)

I shake the baking soda on my toothbrush but it falls out in clamps and a lot goes to waste. Is it a better idea to just dip my toothbrush in the baking soda to collect the baking soda? I'm wondering if that's hygienic or not.

Sprinkle some baking soda into the palm of your hand, then dip your toothbrush in there as needed.

You don't actually need the baking soda. Plain water works fine.

Part of the reco I got, was to use a tongue scraper just prior to bed, to rake off the colonies of bacteria left on the tongue, so there is less bacteria to multiply while sleeping,


Of course if you prefer to brush, sure, pour a bit into a glass, wet toothbrush and dip into baking soda and go at it...it's also good to whiten teeth, removing coffee stains and the like with ease......
