I am in the process of finalizing a front tooth implant. The final tooth has not been put in yet but the gum has already pulled back and the implant is exposed. Is there anything they can do to fix this? I always smile big and wide and would hate to limit my smiling as much as I have been doing for the rest of my life because of the mplant being exposed. Can't they do some gum grafting or something.
The tooth loss was due to a fall. Before the fall my teeth were healthy, all mine and nice. Granted, they weren't perfect but they were still mine.
