Hi,

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the apartment buildings that Rozeboom & Company manage in the Capital Hill area. More specifically, I am talking about Geraldine Apartments, La Fonda apartments, Park Sedona apartments, Skylark apartments, and Somerset apartments. If I don't find a roommate I might check out the studios there and I just wanted to see if anyone had any experiences with them or any other apartment buildings in Capital Hill.

Thanks!

dont move into 1275 Pearl St - the Terra Firma apartments. The Landlord sucks and the maintenance guy once tried to lure me into his apartment across the street. He said he would turn my power on for free if I went home with him.

Sounds like "Schneider" on the old sitcom One Day at a Time who always got rebuffed by the lead actress.

Totally check out the BBB for complaints against the Mgt. Company. Some of the buildings you mention look good on the outside but never been inside. Best thing to do is visit the buildings with the landlord and see for yourself, and smell the air, open all doors and cabinets, run water, test lights and if you see a resident - don't hesitate to ask them their thoughts. If they pause or look odd before answering, then they have just given you the answer.
