I checked out the apartments there. Kind of expensive for what you get, but it is an attractive community inside the gates. The lake is huge and the gym and amenities seem first rate. But the units are sort of "blah" and the upgraded ones aren't all that upgraded. To get a fairly nice place in there at a size you'll like you might exceed that $1500 budget you mentioned in your other post.

Arvada was my next choice as well as Stapleton however now I think Stapleton is a little over crowded for u s. Arvada seems nice and I heard the schools are great.
