Hello! We're relocating to Colorado from my husband's job. Since he'll be working in Boulder (and we cannot afford to live there), we're looking in surrounding areas.
Any information on Arvada would be very helpful. How are the schools? WHich are the better high schools in Arvada?
We're looking for a 4-5 bedroom home under $500K, great schools, friendly neighborhood, kids....
Thanks in advance!

You can afford to live in Boulder at $500K.

Any $500Kish house in Arvada would have everything in bold.

I agree. Arvada is great but with your price range you can afford to live a lot closer to Boulder, if not in Boulder.
