We are looking to move to Denver. I will be working in th LoDo area. We want an area with great schools, nice neighborhood and easy commute to LoDo. Looking for a four bedroom house in the $200-300k range.

What makes a school great?

What makes a neighborhood nice?

I would focus west/northwest for an easier commute.

I guess everything is subjective. For schools we are looking for highly-rated schools (although I recognize this isn't the best way to judge it does give us a tangible guideline). We are looking for a place where we can have the community feel and not be right on top of our neighbors. Looking for a 4+ bedroom house for under $300k.

I like this one, but there are more than 20 in the west/northwest area.

If you want a nice house in a nice community and close to LoDo id reccomend the cherry creek area and they have great schools or even check out the stapleton area.
