We are moving to Highlands ranch as well and hope that there are options other than Quest or Comcast as we highly dislike both. We would prefer fiberoptic internet as that is what we currently have. Are there any providers and areas anyone knows of that provide this type of service?

Nope, sorry. You'll have to choose the lesser of two evils

Default Now Qwest has a Cap

With Qwest rolling out a cap this month (same - surprise surprise - as their only competitor Comcast) I wonder what to do.. . .

I would not support a company that is trying to move us backwards to the mid 90's with data caps. Today's bandwidth hog is tomorrow's average user. We would never have moved so fast with 'net adoption if not for the removal of data caps in the late 90's. Go with Q/CL

A quick update after we have been running Comcast for the past 4 months. I work from home a lot and the connection is usually decent and reliable. The problem is around 5-7 PM M-F when everyone gets home from work and gets on the internet at the same time. My connection slows down quite a bit and it is very annoying. I do not have any experience with Century Link but Comcast is average at best. A also have above average internet speed with them. On a positive note, I have not had any service interruption with Comcast. Hope this was helpful.

Oh yea, one more thing: Highlands Ranch Rules!!! Love love love living here.
