Hello,

We currently live in Bradburn Village in Westminster, and my wife recently took a job near 60th and Quebec St in Commerce City. We are thinking that the commute will likely be murder due to traffic, so we are considering a move to an area near there (without actually being right there). Any suggestions? Looking at Google maps, Stapleton doesn't seem too far away, but I would like to keep our rent under $1300 or so, which may be a problem in Stapleton (or so I hear). Ideally, we would like a home, rather than an apartment, with a small yard for our dog. At the very least, we would need a park/walking area nearby. It needs to be a safe area. Am I asking too much? It has been 5 years since I rented anywhere.

I'm not familiar with the C City area at all, so any advice is appreciated.

You could start by researching the Reunion area. See this recent thread: //www.city-data.com/forum/denve...erce-city.html.
