USPS, Gas/Electric/Cable TV/Internet/Phone or not. Water will be transferred at closing by the title company.
I have a pdf I email to my clients a week before closing regarding utilities.

Xcel is most likely the electric/gas provider.
City of Aurora for water.
Waste pick-up is the one that I find most unusual - there is no city-wide waste service, it is provided by private contractors. Your HOA may have a designated company, it is often Waste Management.
Comcast is the broadband provider for internet, phone, cable. Other options are CenturyLink, Dish or DirecTV.
Some of the companies offer bundled services/welcome offers for new customers, including Xcel so you can get lots done with just one phone call.
