Guys need helps:

May I know what neighborhood shall I zoom in for the below:
(a) Standalone house with budget of US$400-500K (4 to 5 bedrooms, anything with 3000 sqft and above is good enough); I do not need that much land
(b) Good/great middle and high school that offers AP programs. I have 3 children (mid/high school)
(c) Public Transport, bus or Rail to my office (downtown, next to 16th street)
(d) Reasonable distance to downtown (less than 20 miles?)

Thanks

Are you looking for a specific neighborhood of the City of Denver (which is well within 10 miles of downtown) or a suburb?

Where do you live now?
How much land do you want?

Best places to look:

Along the southeast rail line, the neighborhoods of Willow Creek, Homestead, Fox Ridge, Arapahoe Lakes, all Walnut Hills are close to I-25/Light Rail and feed into Cherry Creek High School.

Along the southwest rail line, the neighborhoods around the Mineral station at Mineral Ave. and Santa Fe feed into Heritage HS.

Light Rail will open in a month on the West side of Denver. I think you need to start with the schools you like best and then find a house in that area.

I found two in Arvada and one in Lakewood, two in SE Centennial and one in Highlands Ranch.

This.

I would start with the Cherry Creek High area.
