Where would all of you recommend to go sledding and tubing in the snow? We don't mind the drive so it doesn't have to be local.

Thanks

If you don't want to fight the traffic in the mountains on weekends, there's a spot in Denver IMO that definitely would work for you. Ruby Hill Park is in the vicinity of So. Platte River Drive and Jewell Ave. in south Denver. It's a pretty popular area for the kids who live in that part of town.

Google in Ruby Hill Terrain Park. There are several sites that talk about the place, Wikipedia gives a decent overview here.

Usually you don't pay full price. There is always some kind of groupon, coupon, etc..

Think last time I paid $10 for 2 people for 1 hr

Nope. Skinning at A-Basin is the cheapest ski resort activity.

Every neighborhood seems to have a "sled hill" for sledding. Tubing is a little more formal (not quite the right word, but I can't think of anything else).
