My favorite casual Mexican place is
Yolanda's on E. Arapahoe Rd. Pretty basic decor, but the food is outstanding! Very popular place for the DTC lunch crowd. Go early or late if you want one of the three booths.

I didn't have a chance to meet him. I have never had a bad meal there. They also have a location in Castle Rock.

Yep. I've loved everything I've ever eaten there, and the staff is great. There are three Yolanda's now. Another one just opened on Colorado Blvd.

Beirut Grill in Englewood. We eat here often and the food is very good. Hot, homemade pita bread fresh out of the oven, delicious hummus, spinach pie, yum. My personal favorite is the Vegetarian combo. The atmosphere is a little odd being in a strip mall with a very large yet often empty dining room. It's clean and the service is always friendly.
