Hi there!

So I am moving to the Denver area in August and I am having a really hard time finding apartments downtown for under or around $1100/month. Apparently there is a 1 bedroom and studio shortage? So, I have decided to look outside of downtown and need some advice. I'm looking for an area where a young professional won't feel out of place, somewhere where I can walk places, somewhere not so suburban and more hip, and somewhere within in an 30 minute commute to downtown Denver. Any neighborhoods fit that bill?

Thanks in advance!

There is never a shortage of rentals in/around downtown. Are you utilizing all available rental ad sites and options? Expand your search to include things such as condos/townhomes (not just apartment complexes) with owners who are listing and you'll be surprised at the number of available options.
