New or Newer? Older? Ranch style? Walkout basement?

I agree with Sumisu, Village Homes builds great communities like Idllwilde & Southshore.

Both are in good school districts, both have rec centers (I have a pass to Southshore) Idllwilde has a brand new High School, and a short distance to shopping. Southshore has the Aurora Res and nearby Southlands mall.

There is Lone Tree and HR to consider, you can't beat HR's 4 rec centers, batting cage, tennis courts, trails...but it all boils down to what you are wanting in a new to you community, and what you are willing to compromise on...

Stapleton.

Unless you like contributing to urban sprawl and wish to see the value of your home decline in the next few years.

There are many other places besides Stapleton you can live where you will not be contributing to urban sprawl and not see your home decline in vallue.

Default What about Solterra?

Has anyone heard about Solterra in Lakewood? It seems as though not very many people know about this new master planned community. I think this would be a really great fit for you and your family. It definitely has all of the ammenities you mentioned.

Highlands Ranch. If you want a rec. center, parks, a lake, activities galore, and a great house at a lower cost.

Yes Castle Pines is a great location, not only for its views but schools and solid real estate. What is your work situation? If you have to commute to Denver, the drive can become very annoying. I am a Colorado Native and would be happy to help answer any questions.
