Looking at a single family home in Arvada. Would be just one guy living in the place with minimal watering of the lawn.

How much do you all pay for those services? Thanks!

I live in Arvada, Water is bi-monthy, billed by Arvada Water, which include sewer. Reasonable cost could be at a minimum of $28.00/ bi-monthly for about 2000 gallons. That is what I pay; I am single; I am frugal and I water nothing as I have no lawn---my rule is what can survive, naturally, in this semi-arid area, grows, what cannot; does not grow. In the spring, I enjoy my dandelions in salads and sauteed with garlic and olive oil.

Minimal water of a small Lawn could be about $50-60/bi-monthly in the summer. Normal excessive watering by the blue-grass junkies, could be $80-250/bi-monthly. Sewer cost are based on water used and computed once a year. Even if you use no water--minimal cost for water and sewer is probably about $20/bi-monthly.

Garbage is provided by private contractors. I just paid my bill and it was $57.00 for three months. I been trying to use my computer to get rid of my garbage but I can only get garbage in from the internet, but I have not figured out how to send garbage out---maybe if I compress it, zip it...mmmm.....perhaps....
