I moved to DTC about 3 months ago. I would like to find an affordable store
to buy Seafood.. Cod, Haddock, Maine Lobster, Clams, Shrimp, Shark, etc.

In California there were Chinese markets that had fresh Seafood flown in
for relatively cheap prices. I remember having Lobster once a week for 9.99
a pound. And Fresh cod (type of fish) for 6.99 a pound.

I work in Aurora so I travel Aurora, DTC, and Centennial everyday so I
have a nice wide area of which I could stop and pick up seafood 2-3
times a week.

Can anyone help me with suggestions? (Besides Albertsons and King Suppers)

Thanks!!!!
Tom

I go to Whole Foods, I'm told the crab and tuna I buy is never frozen and less than 24hrs fresh. But I do make sure every time.

Try the Asian markets here. I've heard some good things about H-Mart in Aurora, 2751 South Parker Rd.

Costco has some giant cuts of seafood. I had some mean-looking halibut the other day.

Costco is expensive. I would HIGHLY recommend H Mart. They have live tilapia in a tank, and about a dozen other varieties of fresh fish. They also have squid, lobster, octopus, crab, scallops, etc frozen. Good quality and good prices.

H Mart also has amazing produce - every sort of fruit and vegetable imaginable.

Only downside is that supply is sometimes irregular - they don't always have the same thing every day.

H Mart was exactly like the place in California that I went to every other
day for seafood. (I went there today after work)

But today the selection of seafood wasn't very good though. They had
COD for a great price. But I saw no lobsters, no crabs, no steamer-clams,
no scallops.

Lot's of raw shrimp at an excellent price but I wish they had shelled & cooked
shrimp.

So this place has promise.. I was probably there on an off day...
