For all you beer drinkers out there, I was pleasantly surprised yesterday to find Boulevard Beer available at the liquor store. I used to drink it while attending the Univ. of Kansas, as it's a KC micro-brew. I think they've been around since the '80s, but they make the best beer I've ever had - and I lived in Germany for three years! I'd say even better than New Belgium, although I like to support my local economy.

Anyway, Boulevard had said for years that they wouldn't expand outside their eastern KS/Western MO territory, so I was surprised that they've come to Denver. I tried their Irish Ale yesterday and it was a good as I remembered. They have several different brews - so try some if you're into good beer.

I'm in no way associated w/Boulevard and not at all a sales person - I just figured I'd post this for everyone out there who enjoys good beer.

Guess I'm the only one who misread this as "I'm always trying to open a new beer." Hmm...somebody's had one too many, methinks.
