Is the area around "DENVER BRONCOS STADIUM" GHETTO? (best neighborhood, home)

Not at all. Jefferson Park to the north is one of the up and coming neighborhoods in the metro area. Prices are still low enough to make them affordable. Highlands to the west is a very desirable neighborhood. There are some other neighborhoods to the west that are very nice. Only to the south is there any concern.

I wouldn't say it's the best neighborhood in Denver, but I don't think it's "ghetto" either.

And what, exactly, would that concern be? Considering I live a little south of there, just off Federal, I haven't seen anything that would be cause for concern past some people having issues with those of a different race/culture.

What's with this obsession with "ghetto"?!? There are poorer areas and more affluent parts of town. Most of the people living in lower-income neighborhoods would probably like to live somewere else if they were able to affort it. And if I lived in one of the socioeconomically depressed areas, it would just add to my misery to hear my neighborhood referred to as "ghetto." If you're concerned about crime, try talking to the local police precinct to get an overview of what's been going on around there to figure out if it's somewhere you'll be able to feel safe.

Most think "ghetto" areas are where the meth, crack and druggies do their business!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Very often "richer" neighborhoods!

The only thing wrong with Mile High Stadium (old home of the Broncos) was a lack of parking, and the neighborhoods north of there were clogged with people going to games. And those homeowners had to deal with them afterwards (won't get into THAT but if you're a football fan you get the idea). As far as that goes the west side as well.

Invesco Field is a marked improvement. Newer restaurants have opened up, access is easier to the interstate. The first thing to happen there to open up room for parking was relocation of commercial businesses in the SE part of that area. I've seen the neighborhoods surrounding the north end parking, they're good. Been good for decades. The area west of Federal is good too though I haven't been through that area in a long time as I live on the west side of the state. . And I ought to know about that part of Denver, the first Bronco game I went to was in 1962, and I go to this day. I'm not that familiar with the area south of the stadium because as people file out the police department detours all traffic to Federal to the west and 20th to Zuni to 8th Ave. to the interstate to the east.
