Hello- I am looking for a breast cancer support group in the Des Moines/Ankeny/Altoona area for a friend. She really needs somewhere she can talk, ask questions, and air her concerns with a group of people who have been through the same thing. The group she was able to find didn't offer this type of setting- she just said it wasn't geared toward talking with other survivors.

This is a great resource- thank you! I forwarded this information on to my friend. This is phone-based one on one support so she might be matched up with a mentor from another part of the country which I think is great.
