Hello all Detroiters.

I'm planning a move very soon to your city. I have sent in a few applications for apartments.

The one apt. that interests me most is in a building that is owned by Cheryl Huff. After some quick googling, I've discovered that her properties have something of a bad reputation.

Is she as notorious as it seems from a quick internet search?

I've lived in gross apartments before (mostly skate squats or band houses) so I'm not opposed to it, but would rather avoid a completely miserable experience.

Any opinions on this woman? Anyone had her as a landlord?

Thanks.

I know nothing about her, but you may want to try other landlord names and see what you get. It seems to me that no one is going to go online and post what a wonderful landlord they have, so you will only get the negatives.

Why take chances? It seems unlikely that someone would waste their time to go online and complain about the landlord unless she was no good?
