The guy said west of Highland Park (which it technically is) but at first I was thinking around Puritan and Mchnicols. However, those stlye of homes aren't in that area. So I just followed the industrial areas until I saw those tract homes. They typically show up west of Livernois so then it's just a matter of finding the houses that he showed in the look around.

It also helps that I used to pass by that area a lot growing up so I'm pretty familiar with the housing styles of that area. And for reference, I think it's a bad idea for anyone trying to invest in this area unless you're a large scale developer. This area has been going down hill since the 90s (if not earlier) and I imagine it won't be too long before it's all vacant.
