I have a Noomi mattress (one of those memory foam in a box type deals) and it's not working out for me, so in order for me to take advantage of their 101 day guarantee, I have to donate it. I don't want to go the Salvation Army route because of their stance on LGBT issues and I would prefer to stay away from any religiously-backed organizations in general. My ideal donation recipient would be ASPCA or the Humane Society but they don't seem to have partnerships with any charities that take furniture donations. Any ideas?

I don't think you can due to health reasons. Would you sleep on someone else's used mattress?

(Think bed bugs. )

Do you have a freecycle outlet where you live? You can find out by going to their website. Or a rescue mission or shelter.

From experience - you can. They are disinfected and re-sold (I've had to donate a Casper in similar circumstances, but I had no choice then - SA took it).

That's a cool idea. Looks like there is an outlet nearby. Just need to find out if Noomi will accept them as a recipient.
