Hello.

I am from Siesta Key, FL and I am looking for a good place to hit up on Spring Break the last week of March.

I am VERY interested in Detroit.

Can anyone tell me what are the good beaches I should check out near Detroit? I enjoy playing beach volleyball.

I know it's a little colder in Michigan, but I don't mind wearing long sleeve t-shirts.

See you in a few weeks!

Very funny, I just watched the weather and see more snow is coming. The Detroit river is lovely for swimming and volleyball playing this time of year, it beats Florida any day.

I can't think of anywhere you could even go with the exception of Metro Beach.

Is this a sick joke? Leaving FL for and want to see a real beach here? Why would someone be interested in Michigan?
