I have been reading about how apple cider vinegar lowers fasting blood sugar. I tried it for a month and saw no difference at all.

I've tried cinnamon off and on for years. I can't say I have noticed any lowering effect on my glucose. Another person may have a completely different experience. We all know how Diabetes is. Treating it can be different from one person to another. So cinnamon might work for some, and another have no luck at all with it.

I do eat a lot of green beans. For me those seem to help, by not raising my sugar very much. So I eat them and salads frequently. I am someone that has a terrible problem with almost anything I eat. Very few food items don't spike my sugar. Well here and there I find some, that I can eat with safety. So I was very happy when I found, that I could eat the green beans.
