Just curious if those who take Berberine also take Chromium? Would taking both be overkill?
Thanks for any info
I was thinking of taking chromium picolinate and see if it will lower by A1C which came in at 5.5.
I just got my labs and haven't been back to docs to discuss....think I'll research C.P. Just read a lot of reviews from those who take it with sugars in the normal range and want them a little lower and stable.

Anyone?
There is nothing wrong with 5.5 - why are you trying to lower it more? People are too focused on the "number" there is a lot more to diabetes than the blood sugar reading.

Well, it's been creeping up and want to keep it lower...with age things are changing and I'm not MOVING as I did all my life which is a factor in all this diabetes too. And thinking the glucosamine product I take could be elevating the issue too as there is talk on that subject. Last thing I want to deal with is diabetes.
My radio program is spending time on the diabetes epidemic in our country. And the doctor expert says those told they are pre end up with diabetes. This commentary is going on right now.
Grape seed extract does work to reduce the effects of diabetes and I'm so glad I found this supp decades ago.
