I'm starting with them again tomorrow - need the support - too hard to do it alone - my husband lost 75 pounds in high school and has always kept it off - now, he would like to lose about 15 but doesn't really have to. I have to lose 40-50.
Congratulations!! May I ask what inspires you each day to keep up whatever routine you are doing?
I go to the Y five times a week and work out on the elliptical for one hour and I try to use the weight/resistance machines 3x a week. The thrill of being able to fit into smaller clothes is what inspires me. Thanks.
