Thanks. Maybe that is the problem, I don't sleep too well. I need a new bed, but put off getting one because I think I will move--going on three years now! It is just disciplne and motivation. I have done it before, just go to the gym right from work, work out for two hpurs, then home. I am just lazy.

You could also be either anemic or low on vitamin B - I suffer from both and iron supplements and B12 helps a ton! So does drinking lots of water.
