If your main tool towards losing weight is a supplement you need to think again.

The exception is to take liquid Ecstasy and other similar substances which will turn your metabolism in super-charged phase and have you drop just about all your fat in a matter of days. The problem with this is the high chances of permanent damage to inner organs and/or brain-death/death as it eats away the fat from your brain etc...

Most (99.99% of the market) of fat-burning supplements are constructed with a few types of components;
1 central stimulant for example caffeine
2 termogenic substances like ephedrine, chili, etc
3 propriatary blend for example corn flour

These things come from all kinds of natural sources (most supplements are from natural ingredients, herbs etc don't be fooled by this type of labeling, it doesn't say crap). If your particular supp comes from mango or bananas or green tee or whatever else is irrelevant.

If your usual metabolic rate is at let's say 2000 kcal it will be likely that your daily metabolism is boosted by 50-200 kcal/day.
With other words you won't notice any difference unless you put your back into it with a good diet and training program.

You will probably never find any supplement brand that doesn't claim to be "top of the market" or have a "unique formula"(which usually means it's less than half a percent different to all the others).

I just saw this particular supplement advertised fiercely recently and wanted to see if other people in this forum had tried it and see if it helped control their hunger and stay in line with whatever caloric intake they've planned. If you haven't tried it, that's fine.
