I can easily beat all these so far.. although I don't know exactly what it was, it was most likely at least 350 in 2007. I know for a fact I was at 325 before I started the liquid diet for my GB surgery (16 AUG 2010) and was 309 before the actual surgery (yes you can lose 16 pounds in two weeks with a doctor prescribed liquid diet). Currently hovering around 175 and trying to keep it there, but still having some difficulty doing that. I can swing 5 pounds in either direction pretty easily and I'm 6'2"

That's a huge loss. Did you end up with flappy skin? If so, did that correct itself over time?

I am just under 5'6" - my record weight was almost 195 (a medication side effect) I got down to 185 or so when I got off the med. I got down from 185 to 165 with no particular plan, just moderately more sensible eating, and more activity. I got from 165 to 159 when my wife went on WW, which led me to somewhat MORE healthy eating, and more activity. I went from 159 to 134 when I went on WW myself.

I have been about 134 for the last few weeks, and I am still tracking.

I've been pretty fortunate with that one. There is some, but it's minimal and I rub cocoa butter lotion all over every morning. It's supposed to help and it hasn't hurt plus it smells good

I'm 5'9" male, I think my top was 250 after my freshman year of college(7 years ago). That summer I dropped like 40 lbs and have been up and down many times since, i think my losest in the past 7 years was 185. CW now is 198 and dropping, for the first time I'm not starving myself on the way down

In my 20's I thought I could eat as much as I wanted and not gain weight. But by age 32 I was 205 lbs borderline type 2 diabetic. Decided to lose weight and went down to a record 139 lbs which lasted 1 day. Teh I kept my weight around 145 lbs for the next 4 years with frequent exercise. Got lazy with exercise since 2009 now I'm up to 160 lbs. Ideally, I want to be 140 lbs but that's hard to keep without frequent exercise.

I am a 5'6" female, and my highest weight was about 2 years ago when I hit 192 lbs. My normal adult weight without dieting was always around 150, although when I work at eating healthy and exercising I had managed to stay at the 135 to 140 range for a good many years. But my weight ballooned by 40 lbs within a month or two of developing a thyroid condition and going on medication. My disease is in remission and I have been off the meds for 2 years now. I dropped 20 pounds within 6 months without making any changes to diet or lifestyle, then I plateaued. But I just recently started weight watchers online, and I hope to finally take off that last 25 to 30 lbs and get back to 140.

I'm 6'1" and the highest non-pregnancy weight I have ever reached was around 190lbs or so. I was visiting my primary care doctor and his exact words to me were "Don't lose it. Once you lose it, it's hard to get it back." I knew exactly what he was talking about and did something about it. I made it back down to 155lbs then got knocked up and peaked at 215. That cycle happened two more times although this time I'm weighing in at my lowest ever, 140lbs.

I'm a 5'7 male and my highest weight was 193, this past Christmas. I've lost about 10 pounds since then. I'm usually I'm in the upper 160s to low 170s, but I always put on some weight in the winter. It's very annoying.
