solution: 1 slice of cheese, cover it with red pepper flakes and oregano and eat in front of a large crowd (like in a mall like i did)

it's the only way to go!

i feel so good!

One slice, and you call that owning it? If I ever get a pizza craving, I'm buying it, owning it, then eatin' it!

Meat eaters, the works. Heaven help any other fingers that may be in the line of fire.

I got to agree with you...if I have a pizza craving, I am going to eat at least half of a pizza..too bad I'll be sick later but that's my owning it!!! I don't do it often because the after effects...well..ugh!!

Good job on the OP doing this in front of others..I think that sometimes will slow a person up from doing an overkill on food!

You can get similar satisfaction with many fewer carbs by putting some zucchini strips in a pan and covering them in italian herbs, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, and mozzarella cheese.
